Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. You can return most furniture items within this period if they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom-made or personalized furniture, as well as items damaged due to misuse, cannot be returned.

Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase, and contact our Customer Support team before returning any item. Returns are processed quickly, and we will ensure a smooth experience for any eligible items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned furniture, we will notify you by email that we have received your item. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Contact your bank or card issuer, as there may be a processing delay.

Sale Items
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund. Furniture bought on sale or clearance cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace furniture if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please call us at (347) 913-4320

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

For higher-value furniture, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
